My name is Courtlyn Rueve. I obtained my diploma from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2023. I find the importance in maintaining a balance between mental health and physical activity. My goal is to help my clients reduce mental or physical stress through deep tissue or relaxation massage. I provide personalized care/massage techniques to each individual and am dedicated to helping you ease your pain, stress & get you back to healthy living.

I'm so excited to be joining the Origins team as a Student Massage Therapist. I will be graduating in June 2024 and can't wait to explore this new career path!
I've been drawn to holistic health and well-being both physically and mentally for quite awhile. I'm a trained 200hr Yoga Teacher having completed my training in July 2019 and teaching classes since then. Through teaching I discovered how rewarding it was to help others feel better in their body and found such enjoyment in connecting with student in this meaningful way. This ultimately lead me to wanting to be able to serve and help others more.
Weather that's for stress relief, relaxation, maintaining mobility or simply helping get that "knot" out of your back!
